FIRST Information Session

Over the past few years, I have hosted several FIRST info sessions at libraries in Loudoun County. FIRST played an important role in helping me discover my passion for coding and shape my career path. I hope to inspire other students to explore the world of programming and robotics through these sessions.

We were thrilled to have so many community members and students participate in the FIRST info sessions! They learned how to start a robotics team and explored FLL Explore, FLL Challenge, and FTC robots up close. Participants also engaged in a Q&A with current robotics team members and mentors. As a result of our several info sessions, over 9 FLL teams have been formed! Mentoring and guiding six of these teams has been a rewarding experience.
